Description
Telmi AM Tab is a medication that contains a combination of two active ingredients, Telmisartan and Amlodipine. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker that helps to relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that helps to relax the muscles of the blood vessels and lower blood pressure. It is usually taken orally, once a day to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and angina (chest pain). The “AM” in the name may indicate that it should be taken in the morning.
