Description
Basic Information : Vitamin D3 is cholecalciferol. Vitamin D aids calcium absorption in the body.
In order to maintain adequate health, people who do not consume enough vitamin D in their diets can take cholecalciferol as a dietary supplement.
Dosage & Administration : This medicine will be given to you by your doctor or a nurse If you forget to take this medicine:
If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose.
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. If you stop taking this medicine:
Keep taking this medicine until your doctor tells you to stop. Do not stop taking this medicine just because you feel better.

Interactions : Please inform your doctor incase you are taking any of the following medicines:
Laxatives which contain paraffin oil
Thiazide diuretics
Phenytoin and barbiturates
Glucocorticoid
Cardiac glycosides
Cholestyramine
Actinomycin and imidazole
Antifungals
Warnings & Precautions : Allergic (hypersensitive) to colecalciferol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
If you have high blood levels of calcium (hypercalcaemia) or high urine levels of calcium (hypercalciuria)
If you have kidney stones or serious kidney problems
If you have high levels of Vitamin
Have kidney damage or disease
Storage : Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton and bottle label after ‘EXP:’.
Store in the original package. Keep the bottle in the outer carton in order to protect from light.
Do not store above 25°C
Discard 60 days after first opening.
Do not use this medicine if you notice that the solution becomes discoloured or shows any signs of deterioration.
Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste
