Description

Atenolol 50 mg is a medication used to treat high blood pressure and angina (chest pain). It belongs to a class of drugs called beta-blockers, which work by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing the blood vessels.

Direction of Use:

Take Atenolol 50 mg orally once a day, with or without food.

Follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor.

Contraindication:

Atenolol 50 mg is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to the drug or any of its inactive ingredients.

It should not be used in patients with severe heart failure or a history of severe asthma or bronchospasm.
