Description

Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is used to relieve pain, inflammation, and fever. It is typically used for conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and menstrual pain.

Direction of Use: Take as directed by a healthcare professional, typically orally with a glass of water.

Contraindication: It should not be used in individuals with a known hypersensitivity to nimesulide or any of its excipients, or in individuals with active peptic ulcer, bleeding disorders, severe liver or kidney disease, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Doses and Administration: The usual adult dose is 100mg twice daily, and the usual pediatric dose is 5-7mg/kg/day in two or three divided doses.
